Welcome to Apogee Pilates
We are a fully-equipped apparatus Pilates Studio, set against the backdrop of the scenic and tranquil Knatts Valley. Apogee Pilates offers both tailored individual sessions or small mat classes and is available to all regardless of ability. It is easily accessed from Sevenoaks and has ample parking facilities.
Why Apogee Pilates?
The name is taken from the word ‘apogee’, which means the furthest point in a journey’s progression or a journey’s perfect destination. We believe that apogee is achievable for every single one of our clients, both in every session and as a goal for continued, long-term physical and emotional health.
Here, we know that Pilates is the perfect way to reclaim our bodies from stress and strain, discomfort or pain and maintain that physical improvement.
Our task is to show you with gentleness, expertise and persistence, how you can move better to feel better, at your pace and within your comfort zone. Our goal is to have you leave us feeling rebalanced, energised and free, every time you leave. Our perfect destination is to see you moving better, feeling better and coming back for more.
